Job Details
We are seeking a Senior Insurance Product Analyst, Product Owner to support innovative initiatives from end-to-end. This includes the complete lifecycle of various technical projects from scoping, development and design, implementation, monitoring/calibration, and potential retirement. In this business-critical role, you will work with the Senior Manager, Insurance Product on new and impactful initiatives such as underwriting models, actuarial tooling, or product performance testing. As a member of the Insurance Product Management team, you will partner closely with Insurance Product Research, Engineering, and other teams across the organization to drive success for the initiatives you own.

- Work with the Senior Manager, Insurance Product to develop the strategy and roadmap for initiatives you own.
- Translate new models and tools into business requirements and partner with our Engineering team to develop test frameworks that ensure an accurate implementation.
- Develop processes and documentation to make new models and tools available to Regional Insurance Product Managers for use in their markets.
- Analyze the results of initiatives you own, provide insights into their performance, and recommend improvements.
- 3-5 years of professional experience, with experience in both of the following areas:
- P&C insurance (homeowners experience is a plus)
- Software development, technical product management, insurance rating engine development, or similar
- A degree in Mathematics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar study
- Strong critical thinking skills, ability to operate in ambiguity and challenge existing processes.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to translate concepts between technical and business language.
