The Quality Assurance Associateis a newly created positionreporting into the QA and Process Improvement Manager in our Operations team. This role will responsible in identifying AML/CTF associated risks by monitoring processes and providing guidance. Furthermore, identifying customer satisfaction improvement opportunities, through call monitoring, NPS and customer feedback.

What you'll be doing
  • Perform assurance and test controls in execution of the OFX AML Programme and the OFX Quality Assurance Programme.
  • Ensure key OFX controls are designed and operating effectively, in accordance with external and internal requirements.
  • Track progress maintain records and report results of reviews with professionalism.
  • Analyse findings, provide recommendations and corrective actions to mitigate the risk of any emerging issues.
  • Ensure individual KPI's are met or exceeded and liaise with Team Leaders to promote a culture of performance and customer centric.
  • Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for analysing data and obtaining solutions.
  • Assist Risk & Compliance Division and Commercial Division Management with process improvement projects where relevant.
  • Work on customer strategy to pinpoint the key drivers of customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Provide support during audits and assessments.
  • Support training and development initiatives, enabling focus on matters identified through Quality Assurance.
What you'll bring:
Qualifications
  • Degree preferred (ideally in Business, Finance or Law).
Knowledge, skills, experience:
  • Three years of experience in either Compliance, Quality Assurance or Audit including exposure to KYC.
  • Knowledge of financial services systems and controls.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Self-starter, capable of working under minimal supervision and multi-task.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to include creating charts and graphs.
  • Diligence and reliability.
