We're looking for a Partnerships Business Development Manager to join our European team. You have ideally been working in business development within the cross-border payments field and excel in understanding how these partnerships operate. You will be given the platform, direction and products to be successful, but you will also bring your own contacts and ideas to the role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Identify partners and solve their payment needs using our value proposition, across sectors including Financial Services, Ecommerce and Technology.
  • Negotiate and launch the partnerships.
  • Prepare marketing proposals to suit each partner, where relevant.
  • Strategically grow your sales pipeline to ensure continued success.
  • Work with the marketing team to prepare marketing proposals that fit a partner's needs and ensure partners have the tools and motivation to promote the OFX solution.
  • Communicate technical details of our value proposition, accurately, simply and effectively.
  • Take initiative to assist and collaborate with other team members to reach your collective goals.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

REQUIRED SKILLS
  1. Minimum 3 years successful delivery of individual sales targets in B2B Enterprise and Partnership sales.
  2. Solid experience of growing and managing a B2B pipeline systematically.
  3. Ability to see the big picture and solve problems for partners and customers.
  4. Comfortable building cases and evaluating win-win partnerships.
  5. Evidence of being a strong team player whilst achieving individual sales targets.


PREFERRED SKILLS (WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE)
  1. Strong understanding of the cross border payments space.
  2. Good understanding of the FX market and products.
  3. Broad network in the relevant sectors, built on trust and credibility.
  4. Passionate about the future of global payments.
  5. Ability to work in more than one European language
