Territory Account Rep III

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Develop and sustain LENTON brand recognition for ANZ & Oceania
  • Initiate LENTON product specifications through regular engagements with Design Engineers such as Lunch & Learns sessions
  • Provide technical support and advice on LENTON adaptable solutions for both Design and Construction.
  • Execute the Sales Plan to grow LENTON Sales throughout ANZ & Oceania.


Key Account Management. Provide detailed LENTON Project Demand Planning.

Grow the network of LENTON Distributors across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Work with Industry Peak Bodies such as ACRS and SRIA to acquire appropriate certifications and approvals necessary for supply to the industry. This will include:
    • Maintaining ACRS Technical Approval of LENTON for Australia and New Zealand.
    • Oversee the ACRS Auditing process for Material Traceability and Bar End processing and assist our nVent Team.
    • Testing and Approval of LENTON coupler systems for Australia and New Zealand


The ideal candidate will have to demonstrate:
  • The highest level of Integrity and Honesty.
  • Ability and comfort to work in a transnational team environment within a matrix organization structure.
  • Strong adaptability and growth mindset.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities with strong communication skills to influence towards desirable outcome.
  • Resourcefulness and determination to overcome business problems and challenges.
  • Commercial acumen.


YOU HAVE:

  • Degree qualified in Civil / Structural Engineering with a focus on Structures.
  • Additional qualifications and experience is preferable.
