Manufacturing Engineer

Qingdao, China

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Engage in design/drawing review to guarantee realization of process;
  • Maintain routing and ERP system in term of timing and process flow;
  • Create/update PFMEA, Flow chart, Work instruction, STD work for new prototype/mass production;
  • Train operators in terms of Work instruction/STD work;
  • Design/verify fixture, tooling, process support equipment for new prototype;
  • Layout and equipment deployment to ensure the requirement of production development;
  • Involve in product quality problem solving and continuous EH&S improvement;
  • Daily value stream production technical support;
  • Support/Lead Lean activities/events to drive continuous improvement;
  • To perform other tasks as and when delegated by superior.

YOU HAVE:
  • Academic background in
    • Bachelor degree or above, engineering or mechanical related background is preferred
  • Previous experience in or with
    • Over 6 years' experience, 3 years on sheet metal manufacturing process is preferred. Designing or lean background is a plus.
  • Skills
    • Use Pro-E, Solidworks & AutoCAD as basic tools, JDE or NC programming experience is preferred.
    • Strong communication skill.
