WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
The Regional Legal function is a key business partner within the assigned region providing legal advice and support across all business units in a wide range of legal and compliance matters, and in doing so, act as an ethical leader for the benefit of the corporation as a whole. We are searching for a candidate for the Regional Legal function in Mexico covering mainly Mexico and supporting in the United States.

- Contracts, agreements, transactions, general terms and conditions in the context of all business related matters including, outsourcing, agency, distribution, sales channel, supply, and subcontract agreements.
- Employment law and disciplinary procedures, including those involving local unions, and collaborating closely with Human Resources on a regular basis.
- Selling, advertising and promotional literature.
YOU HAVE:
- A qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE with a proven record in commercial contracts and compliance.
- Excellent English and Spanish written and oral communication skills.
- Previous experience in Manufacturing environment required.
- USA visa preferred.
- Inspires trust and open communication demonstrating interpersonal and business counselling skills.
- Excellent business and commercial knowledge and understanding.
- Highly motivated and committed to deliver work of the highest quality and integrity.
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve conflict and challenges.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
