Electrical Project Specialist

Tempe, AZ

nVent's industry leading CADDY brand includes fixing, fastening and support products for electrical installation, seismic and fire protection, data communications and heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems. Since 2007, CADDY Prefab has been setting the standard for electrical prefabrication.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce and manage installation drawings for branch wiring system layouts.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure projects are shipped according to customer's schedules.
  • Understand and interpret construction packages (plans, specs, contract).
  • Primary point of contact for customer on all assigned projects.
  • Help translate customer needs into product specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Ideally 5 plus years of electrical construction experience. Electrical trade school completion and/or foreman experience is a plus.
  • Experience in commercial-residential electrical construction with knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and materials, directly related to the electrical industry would be a plus.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Prior experience with electrical prefabrication an asset.
  • Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu a bonus.
