WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

  • manage of the main performance indicators (KPI Calculation and Analysis), extracting best practices, recovery and improvement actions (inventory, order fulfilment, transport, slow moving);
  • identify and collect data on spend characteristics, internal customer requirements, influence supply and demand and collaborate with internal customers to drive procurement value and customer satisfaction;
  • planning and management of stocks in order to achieve the required service levels, identifying the most correct management parameters;
  • manage and participate in projects related to the Supply Chain field;
  • manage meetings with the main interlocutors;
  • forecast and supplier stock management.

YOU HAVE:

  • Academic background:
    • High School diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar
  • Previous experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in Procurement, with proven negotiation experience
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international transport documents;
    • Knowledge of customs codes and certificates of origin;
    • Excellent knowledge of Office and Excel in particular;
    • English: intermediate or advanced (B2-C1);
    • Analysis and planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving, teamwork, and flexibility complete the profile.
