AP Accountant

What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

• Responsible for Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore entities' all AP related work

invoice vouchering payment arrangement and booking to domestic and oversea for vendors and employees monthly expense fluctuation analysis T&E report review accrual and prepaid JV booking

• Responsible for GL entry for Australia entity
• Responsible for FA management for Australia entity
• Responsible for accounting documents filing
• Other temporary work

You have:

• Academic background in bachelor Degree of Accounting
• Previous experience in or with
  • Over 1 years of progressive financial experience preferably in a foreign manufacturing enterprise
  • ERP experience
• Skills
  • Be honest, smart, quick minded, get a deep respect for coworkers, Utilizes sound judgment and good decision making skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and can work under high pressure and tight deadline
  • Excellent English reading and writing skills
