Software Development Senior Specialist

Creates design documents such as component specifications, system flow, and module hierarchy
Follow scaled agile (SAFe) software development practice which includes daily standup, bi-weekly code review meeting with QE, showcase of completed application functions to business partners and stakeholders per sprint and attending the sprint planning sessions.
Design and development of efficient and reusable REST/SOAP APIs utilizing Java Spring Boot / Python / Node.js
Work on API integration, API orchestration and WebSocket development
Using API Gateway to securely expose API to partners
Using Docker and Amazon EKS for containerization.
Develop continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using Jenkins, GITOps, AWS DevOps and release applications through multiple stages to multiple environments, including Production, and troubleshoot deployment issues/failures.
Unit testing using Junit, Performance testing using JMeter, Functional testing of webservices using Postman
Troubleshoot issues in AWS using CloudWatch and CloudTrail
Gather and analyze performance metrics using tools like Dynatrace
Manage and coordinate with an offshore team which will act as an extension of the onsite team.
Prepare reports (Weekly/Monthly/Ad hoc) and dashboard for business leaders and senior management.
Create and maintain knowledge items, project runbook, and training & succession plans.
Drive Operational and Process efficiency and mitigate business impact through continuous improvement & automation ideas.
Be a thought leader in ensuring quality of delivered code and in proactively identifying and resolving business problems.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this role is (HOURLY RATE 70 TO 75). Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
