We are currently seeking a Senior Lead Architect/Software Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
Position Responsibilities:
- Architects solutions to complex technical problems using industry best practices
- Leads the development teams to architect solutions and drive continuous improvement
- Maintains a full understanding of all aspects of the production system and the impact of future changes
- Advises the government on the best approach to complex problems
- Documents solutions and project plans in a way which can be implemented by development teams
- Guides development teams through project implementation
- Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. Responsible for project completion.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with programming and software development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience compiling large-scale production applications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience architecting software solutions based on customer requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical teams
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing and implementing automated build and deployment pipelines and supporting platform
- Minimum 1 year of experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications with tens of thousands of users while maintaining 24/7 availability.
- Active Top Secret Clearance required.
