Hybrid Role (2-3 Days per week onsite in Charlotte, N.C. Office)
Required Skills/Experience:
• Based in Charlotte
• Strong PowerPoint skills and experience (1+ years)
• 2+ years experience creating summary, status, and/or executive level presentations, including data point metrics and showing ability to shape for a variety of audiences
• Majority of experience preferred to be with business, people, or process related change initiatives (as opposed to majority in technical related change, scrummaster, etc.)
• Basic Excel Skills (pivots, formulas, etc.)
• Some exposure or interest in learning more about AML/KYC (my role will transition from Client Journey to AML/KYC by early May)
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

• Work experience in process design, project management, project consulting, or other consulting role within the financial services industry, including streamlining/automation of reports and presentations
• Experience supporting change initiatives with a focus on deployment and training
• Ability to develop flexible project plans based on problem statements
• Help guide large teams move projects from "point A" to "point B"
• Ability to create, define, and monitor KPIs, summary metrics, and health reporting
• Ability to easily adapt and explore new technology, tools, and applications
• Excellent project management skills, including ability to manage multiple deliverables, prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with various levels of SMEs and executive leadership

• Ability to quickly get up to speed on new programs, with strong initiative to get things done themselves

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this onsite role is $70.00-$78.00/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
