Insurance Trainer for India
In these roles you will be responsible for:
- Creates content for high-end (difficult/complex) topics.
- Conducts/facilitates training on high-end (difficult/complex) topics.
- Acts as consultant for respective service lines.
- Performs analysis to understand client transactions in order to create process improvements.
- Reviews and standardizes content as well as tailors material for specific situation.
Required Skills for this role include:
- At least 1 year of experience in a role that required attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work product.
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional/office related environment (i.e. office support, administrative, clerical, customer service) that required you to communicate (oral/written) effectively in a professional/office setting
- An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED.
- Experienced in Training & Should have handled 20+ associates in a batch
- Experience in Macros, Micros, Conducting session.
- PPT & Excel.
- Salesforce experience is an optional
- Processing experience for insurance product training. .
