We are currently seeking a Jr. Depot Technician to join our team Onsite in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Job Description:
- Perform troubleshooting, equipment setup, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks / laptops.
- Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action.
- Make policy recommendations to their managers and be an escalation point for less experienced team members.
- Well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must have minimum 1 year of relevant Desktop/ IT Technician experience.
- Must have minimum 1 year of experience with Windows operating system environment.
- Must have minimum 1 year of experience with Hardware Setup and Software Upgrades on desktops/laptops.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous Imaging experience considered an asset.
- Additional Certifications for various Hardware Platforms are considered an asset
- Undergraduate Degree or some College coursework is considered an asset.
