NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Providence, RI.
Role Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc.
- Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call
- Conduct provider outreach phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers.
- Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed.
- Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year(s) of experience working from home.
- 1+ year(s) of customer service experience.
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time
- The shift timings are subject to change, and overtime or weekend shifts may be required per client requirements.
-Minimum internet speed of 20 upload/20 download.
-Must have reliable transportation and be available to commute into the office in Providence, RI when required.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The hourly rate for this remote role is 20.00/hour. This rate reflects the target compensation for this position across all US locations.
