In this role, you will be responsible for:
Analyzing operations data and devising data driven action items for delivery excellence
Leads improvement initiatives. Reviews structured problems, selects and applies standards and guidelines
Lead Six Sigma Strategy in a dedicated capacity for Insurance Services
Train resources on Lean and Six Sigma
Mentor Lean & Six Sigma projects
Lead and drive automation initiatives
Has authority to recommend and take action as to the hiring, firing, advancement, demotion or promotion of team members
Devise plans to implement strategies and lead the implementation across teams
Drive changes aggressively in support of account level goals as identified by leadership team

Drive process management through a structured process based approach that would enable predictable results
Required Skills for this role include:
Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt
6+ years of driving Six Sigma & Lean in BPO/ITES set up
Proficiency in Minitab/JMP
Strong Data Analytics skill set is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Experience of operating in an environment that involves solving complex business problem
Highly proficiency in MS Excel, MS Vision, Powerpoint and Word
Work Timings will be 6 PM to 4 AM IST
