Summary
Job Location: HyderabadThe purpose of this role is to Govern Day to Day Operations in the FICO Domain. Work Closely with the Strategic Business Partners to understand pain points and remediate them. identify areas of improvement , achieve high level of service, cost efficiency, quality and compliance working together with the Strategic vendor.
About the Role
- Actively contribute to professional and reliable technology delivery for business systems platforms, and processes for business domain/function(s) in scope.
- Actively contribute to on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio/ respective engagements.
- Effectively engage with the chosen SI Partner(s) and collaboratively strive to deliver business value.
- Contribute enterprise grade and state of the art Solution Design and Architecture with maximizing re-usability, configurability and scalability.
- Ensure top class and state of the art engineering delivery, code management, automation and strive for highest efficiency.
- Run efficient DevSecOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance in line with the specific role. Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing deploying new solutions and services.
- Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures as well as with other Novartis guidelines and standards.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Graduation, CA / ICWA , M.Com or MBA Finance from a reputed university
- At least 8-10 years functional background in SAP FICO preferably in a Global company with minimum 2 complete cycle of SAP implementation.
- At least 4 years of experience in SAP FICO Application Support and Maintenance.
- At least 3 years of SAP service management experience in Global Company, Sound knowledge in SOX, GxP regulations.
- Prior experience of working in SAP Operations preferably as Service operations expert / Team lead / Domain Lead etc
- Good Understanding of ITSM Processes
- Vendor management Skills, Experience of working with External Vendors & managing them
- Good English verbal & written Communication Skills
- Good Stakeholder management SkillsSelf-motivated with Ability to work Independently, Good Collaboration Skills
