Gewährleistet die vollständige Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltanforderungen (HSE), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Kundendienst, gesetzlichen, behördlichen und Novartis-Anforderungen.~Leitender Prozessexperte~Bereitstellung von technischer und wissenschaftlicher Expertenunterstützung an vorderster Front für alle prozessspezifischen Fragen, um die termingerechte Ausführung von Prozessen sicherzustellen (Geschäftskontinuität); in Übereinstimmung mit cGMPs, SOPs und geltenden Richtlinien und funktionalen Standards (z. B. HSE, NOSSCE) und um eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Qualität und Produktivitätseffizienz zu ermöglichen.~Leiter Fertigungssysteme / Leitender Experte für FertigungssystemeMES-Experte mit technischem Know-how zur Unterstützung aller Fragen im Zusammenhang mit elektronischen Chargenprotokollen (eBRs). MES-Experte, der die Bereitstellung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von MES in den Fertigungseinheiten unterstützt und routinemäßigen technischen Support in der Fertigung leistet. MES-Leiter, der das Team der Fertigungssystemexperten koordiniert und leitet. Verwalten Sie komplexe und integrierte Manufacturing Execution Systeme (MES/SAP/LIMS...). Komplexe Programmierung für komplexe Fertigungsprozesse~Leitender technischer Trainer~Bietet technische Schulungen und bewertete Lernergebnisse für den zugewiesenen Bereich. Kann auch Lerninterventionen entwerfen und entwickeln. Kann auch die Reaktion auf Schulungsaudits für den Standort leiten.

About the Role
Location: Istanbul Kurtköy, Turkey #Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and Lead Digitalization Projects (e.g. Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) ...)
• Assisting users in Drug Product Manufacturing with the operation of other computerized systems in production
• Support and Lead of Site IT relevant projects (e.g. MSI-Interface,
• Alignment with external Suppliers / Stakeholders in regards of Business / Site requirements
• Development and Execution of internal Projects and Stakeholders (e.g. Harmonization of Processes between DP1 & DP2, further rollout of established systems (e.g. MES,....)
• Execution of IQ/OQ/PQ ... Testing, Documentation, Compliance
• Initiation and Evaluation including Coordination; Change and CAPA Management (Agile Changes)
Essential Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or a comparable field
• Languages: Fluent in German (both written and spoken), Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Experience: Strong technical understanding, good understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), ideally several years of experience in the IT and/or automation engineering field, knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, knowledge of pharmaceutical processes
• Competencies: Ability for conceptual and analytical thinking, teamwork, dynamism, and self-confidence in professional interactions
