About the Role

Deployment Business Data Migration Lead on LDC ERP program ensures data is delivered according to global/deployment/country requirements and timelines within the region. This position builds the link between the global data team and the local data owners to ensure alignment to Data Quality Standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate business-related data migration activities for relevant project(s) and remove roadblocks in execution. Ensure that adequate resources are assigned. Lead all aspects of execution of business-led data migration strategy activities (cleansing, verification/approvals etc.)

• Perform Stakeholder management in relevant countries & deployment teams.
• Define harmonized data cleansing approaches and related tools.
• Assume full accountability and responsibility for tasks assigned to BDM Experts and Business Data Owners on relevant project(s).
• Be responsible for verification activities and approvals and provide overall business approval for the scripts.
• Coordinate all aspects of dual maintenance processes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong business insight with broad understanding of Master Data business processes.
• Multi-functional expertise/knowledge and strong leadership; can thrive in an international, matrix-based organization
• Resource management, and experience in building and handling virtual teams
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, good stakeholder management
• 10+ years in country & global roles (SAP project implementation experience preferred)
• Proficient English (additional languages preferred)
• Strategic and hands on way of working (running meetings, tracking progress, managing issues)
