Job Responsibility
- Coordinates and leads the planning, production, and delivery of creative content in partnership with internal and external production partners. Helps define and maintain vision, clarify strategic requirements, and communicate team expectation.
- Creates, develops, produces, and delivers video content in partnership with internal and external partners.
- Coordinates and schedules video shoots with patients, clinicians, and other subjects.
- Attends production shoots as assigned to ensure projects are executed to completion and production adheres to legal and HIPPA guidelines.
- Responsible for the management of all creative, client and legal feedback ensuring notes are documented and accurately addressed.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant production experience, required
- Healthcare interest/experience, preferred
- Experience working with executive leadership and / or high-profile talent, preferred
- Experience with Adobe premiere, preferred
- Knowledge of standard production rates, preferred
- Hybrid role - at least 2x/week in office (New Hyde Park NY)
- Minimum of 30 hours per week expected and must be flexible working outside of standard 9-5 hours
