Job Description


Guides the development, coordination and administration of strategic initiatives, partnerships and programs in support of health system goals and network expansion. Participates in the development and implementation of financial and strategic planning activities. Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities, mutual goals/objectives, and facilitate strategic alliances.

  • Collaborates with senior leadership to identify prospective partners to ensure health system's strategic, sustainable growth, through the creation of strategic alliances with like-minded and culturally aligned providers in key market areas.

  • Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities, mutual goals/objectives, and facilitate strategic alliances; identifies areas of mutual interest between organization and potential strategic partners and assists in developing a portfolio of value-added services for both.

  • Recognizes opportunities to collaborate in the development of innovative solutions to reduce costs and achieve operational efficiencies; works with the leadership to facilitate decision-making process for new initiatives; evaluates the expansion of selected organization services as they relate to market share and revenue growth.

  • Integrates information from organization Finance and Strategic Planning to evaluate the health system's market position and possible opportunities for expansion; evaluates new initiatives based on their projected impact on organization operations, financial standing, and market position; recognizes program expansion opportunities and interfaces with the leadership to recommend growth initiatives.

  • Collaborates with department heads, service lines, financial analysts, and others to gather, organize and analyze information related to business models for new initiatives; ensures cost analyses for services being developed; evaluates potential reimbursement from government and private sources.

  • Assesses information from various sources to evaluate the likely financial impact of proposed new services; works with the leadership to establish infrastructure, identify resources, setup and operationalize initiatives.

  • Manages relationships between organization and its strategic partners; serves as liaison and fosters communication between organizations, department heads, service lines and committees.

  • Develops and determines priorities, and monitors status of initiatives to ensure that they are achieving expected goals and objectives; assists in managing departmental budgets by providing continued support in preparation and allocation of funds.

  • Directs the implementation of Human Resources plans to achieve strategic goals and objectives including organizational development, recruiting, compensation, training and development, and employee engagement and relations; ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws, regulatory requirements and Joint Commission standards.

  • Job Qualification


    • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

    • 10+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of leadership / management experience, required.


    Preferred Experience


    • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Proficiency:

      • In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with various Google Cloud services.

      • Demonstrated ability to scope and develop solutions that deliver enterprise value within the Google Cloud infrastructure.

      • Skill in optimizing resources on Google Cloud, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing business value.

      • Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources within Google Cloud to derive meaningful business insights.


    • Agile Methodology:

      • Familiarity with Agile project management principles and experience in applying them to Google Cloud-based business analysis projects.

      • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and deliver results in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
