If so, our Defense Systems (NGDS) wants you to join our team as a Staff Property/Asset Management Analyst and join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The preferred location for this position will be in Warner Robins, GA, but could also be located in Lake Charles Louisiana.

The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Property/Asset Management organization, coordinating property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government/customer and company assets in compliance with applicable government regulations and corporate policies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensures asset management compliance with property system procedures and processes based on government requirements and regulations (e.g. FAR 52.245-1 and DFARS 245.6, 252.245-7003 and other applicable FAR, DFARS, DoD regulation) and company policies
Establishing and managing property records for government property in accordance with FAR 52.245-1 as well as establishing and maintaining company capital property records
Use your working knowledge of SAP (S4 Hana) with running reports to produce data needed for customer data calls and for the management of government and company property
Generating cycle count reports to perform the inventory and validation of material based on the physical inventory process for the management of material
Perform routine validation checks on record accuracy to ensure property records are being maintained in accordance with FAR 52.245-1
Processes transfers/shipments and prepares necessary paperwork and reports as required
Performs inventories, utilization reviews, property surveys/audits, segregation and disposition of excess property
Provides training and guidance to program employees to ensure government property compliance is maintained
Works with management teams within the business unit and sector to develop innovative solutions for complex processes and issues
Maintain property management metrics relative to property tracking and records

Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 16 yrs of experience and knowledge of progressive experience in Government Property & Asset Management and a High School or equivalent. We will also consider: An Associates degree with 14 years of experience; or a Bachelor's and a minimum of 12 yrs of experience and knowledge of progressive experience in Government Property & Asset Management.
Knowledge of Government Property related contractual requirements, including FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and DFARS property management clauses
Experience with data analytics, data mining, and/or data integrity
Proficient with Tableau, Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel formulas, charts, and pivot tables.
Ability to obtain a clearance if required by the program.
Preferred Qualifications:
NPMA Certified Professional Property Specialist or Administrator (CCPS, CPPA) certification
Experience in developing and implementing processes and procedures in accordance with leadership strategy
Property Management experience supporting manufacturing facilities.
Risk Management experience including development of RCCAs and implementation of corrective action plans.
Experience supporting and/or performing compliance audits including Property Management System Audits (PMSA)
Experience with industry leading practices, techniques and standards as they pertain to property and asset management.
Knowledge or understanding of MMAS, ISO/AS9100, and SOX standards that impacts asset management.
* Strong SAP S/4 (Systems, Applications, and Products).
Salary Range: $111,000.00 - $166,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
