The selected candidate will provide support for all system test activities, to include test planning, creation of required test procedures, post test data analysis, creation of problem reports, and reporting on test results.
Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Assist in development, execution and peer review of test procedures

Participate in both Formal and Non-Formal Test execution events

Participate in test planning, problem report validation testing, and post testing data analysis

Provide support in the creation of required test artifacts used for official PCM and SRM releases to our customer

Attend and participate in all E2D System Test meetings

Basic Qualifications:
This requisition may be filled at a
System Test Engineer (Level 2) OR Principal System Test Engineer (Level 3) level based on the qualifications below.
System Test Engineer (Level 2)

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline and 2 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of related professional/military experience.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance, with an Interim Secret clearance required prior to the commencement of employment.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable time as determined by the business.
Demonstrated experience in in test program execution. (I.e. developing test procedures, implementing technical edits and successfully executing test protocols, etc.)
Must have the ability and be willing to work overtime, odd shifts, and weekends as required by the business
Principal System Test Engineer (Level 3)

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline and 5 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Ph.D. in a STEM discipline and 1 year of related professional/military experience.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance, with an Interim Secret clearance required prior to the commencement of employment.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable time as determined by the business.
Demonstrated experience in in test program execution. (I.e. developing test procedures, implementing technical edits and successfully executing test protocols, etc.)
Must have the ability and be willing to work overtime, odd shifts, and weekends as required by the business
Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline

Professional experience Developing System Test Procedures

Professional experience generating technical documents and working with various software/data processing tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and various programming languages

Professional experience with Software test automation

DoD Top Secret Clearance

Current E2 program clearance

Previous E-2D Hawkeye experience

Salary Range: $77,200.00 - $115,800.00Salary Range 2: $95,300.00 - $142,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
