Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems Sector is seeking a Staff Project Systems - User Applications Liaison to provide systems--related support to the Sector's Program Cost Analyst (PCA) and Project Accounting organizations. This position can be located at any of our major Northrop Grumman AS locations, including Melbourne, FL; Palmdale, CA; Redondo Beach, CA; El Segundo, CA; Rancho Bernardo, CA; Clearfield, UT; St. Augustine, FL; and optional for in-office hybrid schedule or full-time telecommute.

Roles and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

providing support to functional users of 1ERP project-related systems such as SAP and SAP S/4 Reporting and Analytics;
participating in and/or leading various functional User Groups and Change Control Boards;
identifying and troubleshooting software processing and reporting issues; identifying potential process/system enhancements;
testing software enhancements/patches prior to their introduction into the production environment; developing, maintaining and delivering training to the Business Management community; and
defining/refining and documenting business processes in response to changes.
The position also requires participation in non-recurring projects representing the interest of the Project Systems and Project Setup organizations within the non-recurring project (i.e 1ERP). Travel requirements in support of non-recurring projects may vary depending on project needs.
The desired candidate should have an extensive knowledge of the 1ERP Project Systems (PS) module and a thorough understanding of the Project Systems and Project Setup processes. Candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to find creative and efficient solutions to the business challenges of a diverse Aeronautics Systems Sector and customer base. The successful candidate will also be a conduit between PCA's, Business Management, Contracts, Cost Accounting, other functional areas, other sector's Project Systems organizations, and Enterprise Services.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with 15 years of applicable experience - OR Masters degree from an accredited institution with 13 years of applicable experience
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
Experience supporting SAP Project Systems (PS) module.
Experience supporting full cycle implementation(s).
Knowledge of general corporate business processes and practices.
Proficient business writing and presentation skills with the ability to plan and carry out complex projects across multiple functions.
Ability to advise and interact with sector senior management as well as management across sectors.
Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

Active DoD Secret or higher security clearance.
Salary ranges will be dependent upon where the position is based and follows our company geographic salary bands aligned with position. Specific salary offer for candidate selected will be commensurate with experience aligned with location specific salary bands.
Salary Range: $134,300.00 - $233,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
