Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Staff Project Management Integrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals onsite at the Melbourne, Florida.
The selected candidate will be part of a diverse organization of project integrators within the Program Operations Homeroom. The candidate is responsible to oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, and serve as the liaison between program management and integrated product teams.

Job Responsibilities

Leading and directing cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet program cost, schedule and technical performance objectives
Delivering presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders
Establishment and management of the program and subordinate baselines
Development and adherence to budget baselines utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost & schedule control methodologies and tools to include MPM, SAP, and MS office suite
Identifying, allocating and managing program resources, including workforce planning
Managing Government/customer supplied property or information
Adherence to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standards
Ensuring program team understands and adheres to contract scope, and manages change through control board activities
Development and adherence to master plans and schedules
Conducting thorough risk & opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation and realization
Cultivating customer relationships to develop further opportunities within the customer community
Assists in Comprehensive Estimates and Complete (CEAC) Reviews across all IPTs with Business Management, Cost, Schedule
Coach Control Account Managers (CAMs) with setting up and modifying QBDs to ensure accurate/forecasted performance is being taken
Lead program coordinator with CAMs, Business Management, Cost, Schedule to execute annual internal Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR), Program Integrated Baseline Review (IBRs) and DCMA Surveillance Audits (ANSI/EIA-748 Intent Guide - Guidelines 1-32)
Review and analyze Supplier/NG IPMDAR for a seamless integration with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)/Cobra
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and 12 years of related experience as defined below, OR a Master's degree and 10 years of related experience as defined below

Prior management / leadership experience in business management related functions
Knowledge & experience in training on measuring program performance using EVMS processes and reporting EVMS metrics
Working knowledge of MPM, SAP, and MS office suite
Working knowledge of Northrop Grumman Risk and Opportunity Management process
Experience managing projects and/or programs to deliver results to support overall program business management objectives
Experience executing annual internal Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR), Program Integrated Baseline Review (IBRs) and DCMA Surveillance Audits (ANSI/EIA-748 Intent Guide - Guidelines 1-32)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor in a STEM discipline
Master's Degree
Active SAP
Ability to effectively operate within a high business tempo
Strong ability to communicate complex technical issues and solutions to senior leadership
Strong communication, organizational and team management credentials
Collaborative approach with ability to effectively communicate key information and direction across diverse teams across the Enterprise
* Prior proposal development experience on complex development programs, to include experience with Program Statement of Work (PSOW) and Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW) development in alignment with a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Primary Level Salary Range: $122,100.00 - $183,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
