Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Global Supply Chain is seeking a Staff Info Sys Tech Analyst to provide assistance with Phase 5 Readiness, Material Receipts, Forecasting, Metrics, and special projects supporting the Manager of Global Supply Chain Continuous Improvement.
The qualified candidate will provide support to long-term vision and goals for project oversight, managing budgets, schedules, risk management, quality assurance, technical tools and reporting of status to executive management in order to drive project completion. Responsibilities will include developing mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with stakeholders. We are searching for an individual who has preferred experience in both ERP1 & ERP2. He/she will have a track record as an effective communicator and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will work closely with the Directors and Managers of other disciplines, Program Managers, and Program Directors. This role can be worked onsite in Baltimore, MD or remote, or hybrid.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Supports GSC Executive Leadership Team with internal reporting, metrics and process improvement initiatives such as exploring and developing new technologies to meet Global Supply Chain business needs.
Supports business analysts and developers on project teams across different business areas as they document their technical requirements and establish thorough specifications. Supported teams may include those responsible for assessing supply resources, aggregating and prioritizing demand requirements, and planning inventory, distribution requirements, production, material, and rough-cut capacity for all products.
Conducts facilitation sessions to gather requirements and builds logical models. Collaborates with subject matter experts and technical data owners on creating solutions.
Reviews and reports on project metrics to benchmark effectiveness, closely partnering with database administrators and developers to ensure business models are accurately implemented within application systems. Taking the full supply chain lifecycle and ensuring appropriate kpis are in place to manage effectively.
Prepares project execution plans, identifying appropriate technical and business resources required for the team, and ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meeting technical requirements of the assignment.
Defines, designs, and implements continuous improvement programs that ensure vertical and horizontal integration across the organization. Defines and analyzes improvement projects to align with business strategies, facilitates and coaches improvement teams, and establishes and maintains performance metrics to effectively measure program success.
Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to lead project teams and deliver innovative solutions.
Clear communication (verbal and written), time management, and interpersonal skills, including leveraging professional relationships.
Proven ability to manage competing deadlines, multitask, and maintain resilience under pressure.
Collaboration in planning and executing special projects, driving responsive analyses, and maintaining tools/infrastructure.
Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding teams and providing specialized training in SAP technologies and ERP systems.
Proven ability to facilitate change, develop cross-organizational relationships, and represent GSC in workgroups, communities of practice, and project teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills, maintaining professional, positive interoffice relations.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of related data analytics and/or programming along with a focus in Program Management, Subcontract Management, Planning, or Purchasing experience or related field; Master's degree and 10+ years in the areas of data analytics and/or programming along with a focus in Program Management, Subcontract Management, Planning, or Purchasing experience or related field.
Experience in HANA Studio Architecture/Design, including data modeling (calculation views, SQL procedures, table functions) and performance tuning.
Experience in data using SQL, Visual Basic, C#, or Java.
Experience of SAP modules, including SAP ECC and Business Objects reporting modules. Experience with the SAP ECC-HANA data model and replication.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software-SAP certification is a plus.
Must be a US Citizen.
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET government security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with modern data transport formats (e.g., JSON, XML) and experience with SQL database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, HANA).
Experience of modern web development frameworks or stacks, such as ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript frameworks, and CSS.
Experience with version control tools like Git.
Experienced success in buying, supply chain planning, or program management roles, including resolving supplier issues and managing specifications, drawings, and SOWs.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) processes or prior experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM).
Experience with reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI is a bonus.
Primary Level Salary Range: $141,400.00 - $222,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
