We are looking for you to join our team based in Aurora, CO as a Sr. Staff Systems Engineer - Mission Architect

What You'll Get to Do:
The Mission Architect will:
• Create reference missions, problem statements, and study terms of reference
• Identify architecture gaps across key Operating Unit (OU) programs.
• Propose recommended technical solutions and work with array of Chief Engineers to align investment decisions across the Tactical Edge investments and Mission Exploitation OU programs.
• Support product strategy and architecture definition for the division using mission-level modeling
• Engage with and across division strategy teams to create product line strategy and requirements based on a defined program of analysis
• Engage with customers using analytical products to design future architectures, drive business development and capture activity
• Create reference missions, problem statements, and study terms of reference for execution by division teams
• Build partnerships across NG to create suitable analysis products
• Brief results to division/sector leadership
• Have experience with AFSIM, CAMEO, or similar
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electrical Engineering or other STEM discipline with 14 years of relevant experience; 12 years of relevant experience with a Master's; 10 years of relevant experience with PhD
• Proven experience with mission or network analysis, using CAMEO, AFSIM, or similar
• Proven experience developing product strategies and architecture definitions
• Demonstrated presentation skills, including ability generating executive communications and briefing senior management
• Clearance: Candidate must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance at time of application
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to build relationships across organizations
• Master's Degree in related field
• Active or current TS/SCI and/or SAP clearance experience
Salary Range: $188,200.00 - $282,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
