This position requires full-time on-site work at our Advanced Technology Laboratory (ATL) in Linthicum, MD location or our Annapolis Junction, MD location.

Responsibilities:
Manages the test schedule
Chip tracking for test life cycle
requests, received, in test, package availability, material needs (request through IPT)
Develops and manages software tools to track devices for test
Captures test objectives and exit criteria
Submits device request forms
Implements tools to log device location
Determines when chips are to be dispositioned
Completes Test IMS as requested/necessary
Coordinates Technician resource demand and allocation with technician homeroom and test lead
IT ticket escalation
Log and share outstanding tickets with team and prioritize tickets for escalation
POC for requests of Custom Hardware support
Generates requests for internal non-programmatic support teams
Interface with program IPT regarding test needs and requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 8 years of relevant experience; Master of Science degree in STEM related field with 6 years of relevant technical experience; PhD in STEM related field with 4 years of relevant experience.
Significant experience in test labs through operations or test execution
Strong leadership qualities, including excellent communication and collaboration, team engagement, and organizational skills.
This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. Citizen.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance per customer requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated success leading high performance teams as technical, integrated product team, and/or functional leader.
Experience with cryogenic and superconducting device test protocols and methods.
Experience as a technical lead supporting test efforts and staff across multiple test stands.
Experience managing large data sets.
Experience with inventory management and tracking tools.
CAM/EV experience
* Active U.S. government security clearance.
Primary Level Salary Range: $98,600.00 - $147,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
