What You'll Get To Do:
As a member of the Division Compliance team, this individual will be working with other likeminded individuals within the compliance organization and within our GSC community to improve both procurement knowledge and skill sets critical to ensuring operational excellence and supply base diversity is achieved at program, division, sector and enterprise levels.
The position requires successful candidate to effectively manage work assigned to them while supporting others in our endeavors to follow through on being both strategic and tactical in the assessment and application of policy, procedure and processes, collaborating as needed with leadership in prioritizing critical actions and related activities.
Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for processes and activities within supply chain related operations and/or compliance such as regulatory compliance, systems and technology, data analytics and performance, international supply chain, operational excellence and supply base diversity.
Manages, develops or supports strategic direction and tactical execution of governance (policy, procedure, processes, etc.), priorities, initiatives and related activities.
Policy development: Establishing and implementing company-wide policies and procedures related to global supply chain compliance
Risk assessment: Identifying and mitigating potential compliance risks within the supply chain
Compliance training: Educating employees on relevant compliance regulations and procedures

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
Job Qualifications *
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor's degree with 8 years of contracts, supply chain, procurement, or related business experience -OR- a master's degree with 6 years of contracts, supply chain, procurement, or related business experience will also be considered, or a High School diploma/GED and 12 years of contracts and/or procurement regulatory compliance experience procurement, or related business experience may be considered
Must have US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements
Experience utilizing MS Office Suite, SAP and other business tools including those used in the execution of subcontracts management activities and procurements of international products and services
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience supporting different types of programs or product lines as well as contract types including cost types
Experience working with subcontractors during all phases of program lifecycle
Proficiency creating procurement policies, operating procedures, process instructions, etc.
Proficiency in proposal processes and operating procedures and process instructions ensuring adequacy of NG proposals and subcontractor proposal packages
Work with Compliance Team members to train and mentor Buyers, Subcontracts Administrators and Supply Chain Managers on specific topics directly related to regulatory compliance as it pertains to critical steps in the procurement process.
Demonstrated understanding of ITAR requirements and compliance
Demonstrated collaboration and/or experience working as a member of an Integrated Program Teams (IPT)
Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope

Salary Range: $98,100.00 - $147,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
