Accomplish As the Senior Principal Project Management person, you shall help assist in support of all spare's orders (e.g., Minor Spares, Standalone Spares, Service Life Mod Spares, and Performance Based Logistics Spares). You will help oversee and manage all aspects of the proposal and execution process. This entails you assisting the Support Hardware Manager, acting as a focal point in executing the spares orders, interfacing with all other F/A-18 functions that support the timely execution of all spare orders (e.g., Contracts, Business Management, Pricing, Operations, Global Supply Chain, Engineering, Goods Movement, Quality, and Pack / Ship). In addition, you must be able to provide support for rapid manufacturing efforts, determine required parts configuration through available analytical tools, and coordinate the expediting of parts and technical support. The you must be able to provide recommendations for additional efficiencies, leverage OEM experience, and act as the conduit for logistics and engineering elements. In addition, you must possess experience interpreting technical data and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Finally, you must be a self-starter and be able to work independently with minimal direction.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
8 years of experience supporting sustainment / manufacturing OR 6 years' experience with a master's degree
Intermediate proficiency using MRP and shop floor status / management tools
Intermediate proficiency with Hornet View
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Demonstrated understanding of provisioning and applicability of correct parts to jet effectivity
Your ability to obtain or transfer and maintain the final adjudicated DoD Secret clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
Thorough understanding of SAP
Thorough understanding of MES
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Programming / database ability that lend to enhancing reports to leadership
Prior experience with supporting fighter jet platform and its sustainment needs

Salary Range: $113,500.00 - $170,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
