Essential Functions:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and harmonizing material forecasting across the RQ-4 program in support of sale and cash initiatives. The position requires cross functional collaboration with other departments primarily consisting of Subcontracts, Procurement, Program Management, and Finance. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced multi conflicting priority environment.
Responsibilities include:
Manage and oversee sales forecast across multiple programs and business units in coordination with the respective GSCPM and finance team
Close coordination with Supplier Management teammates to get the most up to date information regarding deliveries and invoicing
Collaborating with Cost Management to validate EACs are in line with financial forecast
Working with the Finance team to make sure all inputs are submitted in a timely fashion
Preparing clear, concise, and timely GSC cost charts and supporting GSC and Program needs as required
Demonstrating skill and ability to analyze and develop solutions for complex problems
Communicating effectively and clearly presenting approaches and findings
Position requires the ability to work under pressure in a multiple conflicting priority environment to meet deadlines
Basic Qualifications:
Must have Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of experience,, Master's Degree with at least 6 years of experience or High School Diploma/Equivalent with 12 years of experience. Experience must be in: Supply Chain, Proposals; Finance; Project Management; Program Management, Program Cost Analysis; Scheduling or Material Estimating
Must have experience with SAP or related business application software
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Data Analysis experience
Supply chain, Business Management, Operations Management experience
Experience: Cost, Estimating, CAM (Control Account Management), and/or EVM (Earned Value Management)
Ability to work independently with minimal direction using continuous problem solving
Ability to lead through, overcome and adapt to obstacles and challenges; Deals effectively with change and challenges and helps others to do the same
* Understanding of payment terms, contract types, and government contracts
Salary Range: $113,500.00 - $170,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
