This position will be located at our site in Annapolis, Maryland where technology and teamwork come together. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Manufacturing Operations Team working in a collaborative environment while promoting a positive and proactive teamwork environment. The Sr. Principal Manufacturing Analyst will use a hands-on approach and act as the production focal point for the management of bill of material and production planning within the Mission Systems Sector supporting Maritime/Land Systems & Sensors. The selected candidate will support production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. What You'll Get to Do:

Coordinate production workflow for multiple programs and products
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure customer schedule and requirements are met
Create production work order documentation for release to the shop floor
Assist in determining manpower required to meet schedule demands
Work with materials planning to determine and schedule materials needed to cover production demand
Monitor jobs to ensure they will be completed on schedule
Identify potential issues or deal with current disruptions to minimize delays in the value stream
Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
Prepare and submit status and performance reports
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Materials Purchasing, Program Management and other staff
Revision Notice incorporation
Creation and releasing of purchasing requisitions to Procurement.

This position is on-site in Annapolis, Maryland and cannot be performed remotely full time. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience
Experience with SAP/ERP or Similar Material Resource Planning tool
Experience supporting a Manufacturing Environment (or military equivalent)
U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret level clearance, including Special Access Program within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or other closely related area
Current, active Secret clearance
Experience in Materials, MRP, Production Control, Supply Chain, Logistics or a similar role.
Salary Range: $108,400.00 - $162,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
