This role is based in Linthicum, MD and will report to the MS CIDO Strategy and Operations Manager. Please note that the candidate selected for this position will be required to work on-site at our Linthicum campus; the ability to work from home one day each week will be considered.

Sector Headquarters support includes Business Management, Communications, Human Resources, Quality Mission Excellence, Global Supply Chain, Program Execution, Sector Counsel, and Strategic Growth organizations. The ideal candidate will bring a diverse perspective to the team, enhancing the overall organizational experience with proven cross-functional team-building skills to address unique challenges. In this role, you will be an essential member of the CIDO team, acting as a crucial liaison between CIDO and NGMS Headquarters functions.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of IT and cybersecurity services, with an emphasis on ERP and technology roadmaps.
Manage daily activities and priorities, while leading the design, development, integration, and testing of digital solutions in support of headquarters functions as we advance towards standardization, simplification, scalability, and affordability.
Oversee the technical quality, performance, budget, and schedule for IT/Cybersecurity aspects related to headquarters functions.
Ensure operations adhere to sound technical processes in IT/Cybersecurity and are in line with company policies, procedures, and quality standards; additionally, lead non-recurring and recurring CIDO activities across sector headquarters organizations.
Drive the implementation and adoption of standardized digital solutions and actively look to identify and retire technical debt.
Effectively manage IT and cybersecurity, supporting the digital enablement of sector headquarters organizations.
Basic Qualifications:
Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 4 years of relevant experience; a High School diploma or equivalent with 12 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with a wide range of people ranging from very technical to non-technical, individual contributors, and executive management.
Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement (concepts, processes, and tools) experience.
Proven IT project management experience and demonstrated leadership skills, including planning, scheduling, and workload forecasting.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The ability to handle a rapidly changing set of projects and priorities while maintaining a strong professional presence.
Customer-focused with proven leadership and excellent communication skills, with an ability to drive cross functional teams to action when working in a matrix organization.
The selected candidate will be required to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance and a Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) clearance; maintaining the required clearances will be a condition of continued employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or Network Engineering (or similar STEM related discipline).
Experience with Agile based practices and Lean Six Sigma methodology.
Understanding of data analytics/data science principles and practices.
Self-starter who works efficiently and effectively, can get up to speed with program processes quickly, and enjoys a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Salary Range: $131,100.00 - $196,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
