This position will be located on site in Melbourne, FL.
This position is for a technical leader on a data focused development team. The candidate should have the following abilities and experience:

from multiple disparate data sets.
• Ability to generate actionable knowledge from a variety of data.
• Possess analytical and problem solving skills necessary for quickly developing
recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data from many different types of
sources.
• Ability to identify patterns and higher level information from all the data sources through use of
tools and application programming.
• Understand the general problem space and is confident in explaining the different insights
generated from the data.
• Experience with Configuration Data Management (CDM), specifically with Contract Data
Requirements Lists and Supplier Data Requirements Lists (CDRL/SDRL).
• An understanding of change management, specifically the stakeholder review process along
with the change board process, as well as supporting sub processes.
• Advanced development abilities using Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Ability to create training modules/content to advance the technical knowledge of the team.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Problem Solving Skills: Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems.
• Ability to work multiple projects with different customers at the same time in a high demand environment.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, a Master's degree with 6 years of experience, or a PhD with 4 years of experience.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance prior to start
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company
• Experience with CDRL/SDRL management and maintaining metrics.
• Experience in the following software tools: Jira, Confluence, Excel, and/or Python
• Experience with Change Management.
• Experience with scripting/software coding.
• Experience with database management and design.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or other database software.
• Experience in the following software tools: Tableau, Bitbucket, SharePoint
• Previous experience as a technical leader on a team.
Primary Level Salary Range: $107,800.00 - $161,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
