Northrop Grumman Mission Systems GSC Systems & Transportation team is seeking a Senior Principal Computer Systems Analyst within our Mission Product Lifecycle Management (MPLM) team. We are looking for an experienced and cross-functional leader, comfortable executing in ambiguous situations, and able to quickly come up to speed to work autonomously across a fast-moving demand. There will be a strong focus around the tools of digital transformation such as Mission Product Lifecycle Management (MPLM).
What you will get to do:
You will be supporting MPLM as the Business Owner. You will collaborate with Global Supply Chain (GSC) representatives across the sector, setting priorities and negotiating value for GSC on who, how, and when to bring our suppliers into the digital design review process. You will be expected to understand how GSC processes work and how to improve operational efficiencies within the processes to support the mission and provide value to our programs for execution.
Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing MPLM projects and serve as liaison between MPLM and GSC. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and business satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with stake holders.
Become the connective tissue across the organization. You will be exposed to macro conversations at the highest levels as well as the tactical work our teams are driving. You will be expected to communicate up, down, and across the organization to ensure we are all moving in the same direction.
Capable of presenting to executive management to provide clarity on the advancement of your initiatives within the sector and supply chain.
Frequently communicate with business and technical leadership and translate high level conversations into action.
Key Knowledge and Skills:
Prompt, clear and accurate in communicating with team members and end users about system functionality, enhancements, testing, training, conversions, & support. Conducting briefings and technical meetings for top management.
Analyze specifications, process flow, & system dependencies. Develop test plans and troubleshoot system functionality to ensure business process requirements are met

Basic Requirements for Sr Principal Technical Services Project Management:
Minimum of 8 years of supply chain, project management, process improvement and/or related experience with a bachelor's degree, minimum 6 years of supply chain, project management, process improvement and/or related with a master's degree.
2+ years as a team lead in current or past projects
Experience within Global Supply Chain processes to support program execution
Experience leading large projects collaborating across functions (Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.)
Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours, including weekends, when necessary
Ability to travel domestically
U.S. Citizen
Preferred Requirements:
Experience working product lifecycle management tools, especially when using in collaboration with external suppliers for internal cross-functional needs.
Experience with Siemens PLM software.
* Experience with Azure and the agile framework.
Primary Level Salary Range: $119,200.00 - $178,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
