This role will report to the Senior Director, Human Resources, and the primary function is in support of driving integration and exceptional human capital strategy delivery across the team and for our customers. This person will be responsible for understanding the business, looking around corners to proactively plan and drive progress, ensuring project management excellence, and utilizing data to assess and measure impact.

This position is based in Roy, UT, and does have budget for relocation assistance as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Provide program management leadership, turning vision into execution; including the development of roadmaps and overseeing project plans (instilling project management discipline, and driving integration of FHR, Program, Division to deliver a cohesive experience for our customer)
Develop and execute change management and communication strategies that lead to customer confidence and clear expectations
Support the creation and delivery of professional presentations and resources that inform, compel, and drive action across various populations
Utilize data, in partnership with the People Analytics team / project analyst, to discover & assess needs, and to establish & enforce performance metrics that drive measurable outcomes
Serve as a liaison and influencer across HR and the business; thus driving alignment and identifying win-win approaches that address varying stakeholder needs
Identify and implement opportunities to improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
Support organizational development initiatives for SDS HR team, and business leaders, including but not limited to team development facilitation, strategic planning, change management, culture building, and other organizational health interventions.
Lead team to deliver solutions that meet HR / business demand.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required plus a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, or Master's degree and 8 years of progressive experience in HR
Project management experience, including experience leading across the entire project life cycle.
Prior experience in change management, facilitation, consulting, or coaching.
Demonstrated experience applying Change Management principles and leading varying level of transformation/change involving multiple stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated experience creating professional and impactful PowerPoint presentations, communications and resources, for a variety of audiences.
Demonstrated data literacy and experience utilizing data analytics to inform assessments, recommendations, and communications.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resources, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in building and leading teams and delivering solutions that meet business demand.
* Prior experience in Chief of Staff / Operations role.
Salary Range: $133,400.00 - $200,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
