This position is located in Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL and supports the Sentinel Program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
This person will be responsible for being a subject matter expert resource for the GSC Demand Planning team. This person will help develop trainings, answer system questions, and escalate system issues that require further intervention. This person will also have opportunity to participate and represent GSC Demand Planning team for activities including PrOP development, tiger teams, and VSM events. In addition, this person will serve as surge support in the event program teams need additional support.

The ideal candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with creating and conducting trainings, and in depth experience with SAP MRP Systems and transactions.
What You'll Get To Do:
Provide resolution to help desk inquiries in a timely fashion or coordinates escalation of inquiry with the appropriate team to provide resolution
Submit tickets for system inquiries and enhancements
Help define and refine processes by helping to author or revise PrOP documents
Create detailed trainings that help inform the steps required to complete GSC Demand Planning taskings
Conduct trainings for employees on new processes and procedures
Coordinate with other teams to arrange specialized training from other functional area subject matter experts

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Job Qualifications
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 5 or more years of supply chain, material planning, or closely related experience; OR a master's degree and 3 or more years of supply chain, material planning, or closely related experience; OR a PhD and 1 or more year of supply chain, material planning, or closely related experience; 4 years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Must have U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD secret security clearance
1+ years of in depth experience with SAP ERP System focused on MRP Functions and Transactions
Experience creating and delivering training to team members
MS Office including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with CPLM
Prior experience working classified programs
Master's Degree in related field
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret Clearance
Primary Level Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $130,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
