Northrop Grumman Chief Information & Digital Office (CDIO) is seeking an experienced Systems Software Analyst (experience level 3 or level 4). This position will require on site work from the Northrop Grumman Allegheny Ballistics Laboratory (ABL) campus, located in Rocket Center, WV.
NOTE- This position will require routine business travel to support the Elkton, MD facility (travel up to 25%).
Job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Support Solumina (G8R2) integrations to Deltek Costpoint End of Life activity and Solumina to SAP S4/HANA new integration activity including working with developer team to establish integration criteria, test plans and alpha-level test results for the new system before it is released for more comprehensive testing
Support Solumina G-Series (G8) to iSeries transition, including defining business processes and new software capability, implement and manage integration API elements using software configuration management practices
Support the migration of timekeeping integrations, Cognos/BI reports and other system support services during the migration to the new ERP system

Develop requirements for standardized processes across several Northrop Grumman plant locations, and aid in planning a governance model between the sites
Correct data errors, prepare operating instructions, compile documentation of program development, and analyze system capabilities
Establish standards for the development and maintenance of new and existing products
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, meet with team members and users to develop solutions
Provide real time gathering of inputs from the manufacturing work centers, document and track each item to closure within the requirements of change control process
This role is typically designed for data analytic responsibilities or minor system administration duties
Responsible to prioritize work, perform work independently and within a team. Ability to receive guidance from senior technical teammates
Represent the organization to other business groups, provide sound technical understanding and commit to performance within the margins of the system capabilities
Must be able to share a rotating schedule for 'on call' support over nights, weekends, and holidays with other team members
This position may be filled at either level 3, or level 4, based on the below qualifications.
Basic Qualifications (for a Level 3):
To be considered minimally qualified for a level 3 position, you must meet the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Must have either a Bachelor's degree in a STEM related discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) with 5 years of experience as a Software or Applications Analyst; OR must have a Master's Degree in a STEM related discipline with 3 years of experience as a Software or Applications Analyst
Must have work experience with either Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Must have experience with either Solumina, iBaseT, Deltek Costpoint, or SAP
Basic Qualifications (for a Level 4):
To be considered minimally qualified for a level 4 position, you must meet the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Must have either a Bachelor's degree in a STEM related discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) with 8 years of experience as a Software or Applications Analyst; OR must have a Master's Degree in a STEM related discipline with 6 years of experience as a Software or Applications Analyst
Must have work experience with either Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Must have experience with either Solumina, iBaseT, Deltek Costpoint, or SAP
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 6 years of experience as a Software Analyst in an aerospace environment, using the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) application tool Solumina or iBase-t
Experience with ERP systems preferably Deltek Costpoint or SAP S/4HANA
Experience converting Costpoint ERP to SAP in a large enterprise-wide environment
Experience with Database queries and Data mining using SQL
Knowledge of programming (e.g. Python or JAVA) and Kubernetes framework
Understanding of software INI, UDV, SQL libraries and familiarity with version control systems like Git/Bitbucket
Basic understanding of configuration management, process flow and general manufacturing processing standards
Familiar with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and best practices in server management
Work with minimal direction, working on a wide range of technical problems having solutions in alignment with organizational objectives
Ability to analyze and validate the performance and validity of interfaces and supporting system software to specified system requirements
Experience providing technical solutions consistent with organizational objectives and business processes
Skills with executing software verification processes and techniques, test reporting, regression testing, and test data analysis
System integration experience
Strong problem-solving skills

Primary Level Salary Range: $95,300.00 - $142,900.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $118,600.00 - $178,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
