Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Publications Coordinator 2 to join our facility located in Melbourne, FL. We're looking for a entry-level print production employee who thrives in a dynamic work environment, communicates well with a team, and thinks strategically. If that sounds like you, join us!
Roles and Responsibilities: Determine project requirements and select appropriate paper or other mediums based on reproduction request. Operate large production printing and peripheral equipment. Maintains production logs and cost data for project scheduling, budgeting, and billing. Good interpersonal skills required with an ability to interact with customers in a professional manner via phone, email and in person. Attention to accuracy and detail is a must with the ability to work under pressure as a team or an individual in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Responsibilities Include:

Operates large production copiers, scanners, plotters, punching and binding equipment, paper cutter, photo printer, and laminator
Selects appropriate paper and other mediums based on reproduction request
Package finished jobs for customers
Notify customers when job is complete
Coordinates shipment of finished jobs when required
Ensure high-quality products are produced in a timely manner
Performs minor maintenance on machines when necessary
Responsible for keeping assigned work area clean and organized
Performs all other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access
Good interpersonal skills required with an ability to interact with "customers" in a professional manner via phone, email and in person
Microsoft office suite
Ability to follow both written and oral instructions
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (i.e., 60 lb. cases of paper)
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Ability to handle confidential proprietary materials
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Attention to accuracy and detail
Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues
Ability to work overtime as needed
U.S. Citizenship
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of copy center operations
Microsoft office and Adobe suite software with some graphic arts experience, and familiarity with SharePoint
Experience working with the military, defense industry or government a plus
* Experience working in a large, matrixed and/or geographically dispersed organization
Salary Range: $39,500.00 - $65,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
