This role supports an existing team that oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, production control, engineering, business management, and operations amongst others. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with Program IPT and clients.

This position may be filled as a Level 2 or Level 3 based on the qualifications outlined below.
Basic Qualifications
Project Management
Must have a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years with related experience or a Master's Degree with related experience. Experience must be in the following Supply Chain; Project Management, Sustainment, Proposals and/or Capture Efforts, Resource Planning, Accounting, Program Management, Program Scheduling, Program Cost Analysis, Subcontracts Administration, Procurement, Business Management, or Contracts
Active DOD Secret Clearance
Ability to obtain special program access
SAP ERP experience
Adept in developing products in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
Principal Project Management :
Must have a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years, Master's Degree with 3 years, or in lieu of degree 9 years related experience. Experience must be in the following Supply Chain; Project Management, Sustainment, Proposals and/or Capture Efforts, Resource Planning, Accounting, Program Management, Program Scheduling, Program Cost Analysis, Subcontracts Administration, Procurement, Business Management, or Contracts
Active DOD Secret Clearance
Ability to obtain special program access
SAP ERP experience
Adept in developing products in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Subcontracts and/or procurement experience
Experience in Supplier Management and/or pricing and estimating
Control Account Management (CAM) experience
Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing experience
Salary Range: $60,500.00 - $90,700.00Salary Range 2: $74,600.00 - $111,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
