Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Operations Financial Analyst/Labor CAM - will focus on Ops content in financial performance and earned value tracking for all discrete task budgets, LOE accounts and ML's for the hardware builds in Operations
Specific tasks:
EVMS tracking and reporting for ML labor (this will be in the 100,000hrs plus range for 100 plus headcount and unique hardware builds between Chandler and Utah)
Manpower forecasting and overall Operations staffing budgets to align with schedules
Weekly/Monthly Actuals v Plan reviews on cost accounts (LOE, NRE, nameruns, functions, MLs, etc.)
Support generation of ETCs, project status, and help generate "forecast to green" scenarios
Support Ops leaders on creating definitions for WBS, WADs, charging guidance, etc.
Project Management on Capex and TCAMP projects (status of projects, coordinating $$, comms with SDS)
LRSP financial inputs
Annual Freight Insurance planning
Insight/knowledge into Build Schedule, Build Requirements for EV reporting (QBD)
Run monthly coordination with material CAMs on EV status
Collaborate with MPM on material strategies and forecast requirements driven by HW build schedules
Pull raw data from multiple systems to aggregate, format, calendarize and provide to Ops leadership on a proactive regular basis for business decisions and execution
Create/champion an integrated "Ops Financial Health" digital dashboard for improved efficiency (connecting all of our disparate data locations) Minimum

Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00Salary Range 2: $98,100.00 - $147,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
