We are looking for you to join our team as a Principal/Sr. Principal Logistics Planner based out of Hill AFB, UT. As a Principal/Sr. Principal Logistics Planner at Northrop Grumman, you will have a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be a part of our Enterprise-wide digital transformation. What You'll get to Do:
As a Principal/Sr Principal Logistics Planner you will provide technical support for field supportability, and design issues related to the F-16 Radar System. This includes providing responses to inquiries/requests for data and documentation regarding repair histories, related to LRU/SRU, replaced components summaries, configuration information, etc. This support will be done as a coordinated effort through AFLCMC/WAMI at Hill AFB, UT. In this position you will be the point of contact for both hardware and software issues.
Additionally, this role includes resolving DMS issues on the F-16 radar system. As a DMS facilitator you will be required to gather information regarding, and coordinate resolution of DMS issues. You will act as a liaison to all Radar Post-Production Sustainment Support participants (USAF/EPAF/FMS) regarding their DMS activities. You will be required to create and maintain a customer database for all APG/66-68 Radar DMS issues. This customer database will contain information such as recommendations for solutions, USAF disposition of DMS issues, and any other pertinent information that is used in DMS resolutions. The DMS facilitator duties also include maintaining a copy of the latest version of DMS MAP and attending Government sponsored and/or Industry sponsored DMS meetings for the customer.
This position may be filled as a Principal Logistics Planner or Sr Principal Logistics Planner.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications for Principal Logistics Planner:

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience; a Master's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience; or PhD with 1 years of experience
An additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree

Demonstrated success in leading, collaborating, and developing complex technical projects across functional teams, with technical, cost and budget responsibilities.
Demonstrated working knowledge in one or more elements of Product Support; such as Product Support Analysis or Logistics Support Analysis (PSA or LSA), Logistics Product Data (LPD) development, Technical Training for operation and maintenance of radar and/or communications equipment, or similar.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of management, individual contributors and customers
Ability and willingness to travel which could include foreign travel. Overall travel is expected to be 10% or less for specific events as they are required
Clearance: Candidate must currently have and be able to maintain an active/current U.S. Government DOD Secret Clearance or higher.

An additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree

Demonstrated success in leading, collaborating, and developing complex technical projects across functional teams, with technical, cost and budget responsibilities.
Demonstrated working knowledge in one or more elements of Product Support; such as Product Support Analysis or Logistics Support Analysis (PSA or LSA), Logistics Product Data (LPD) development, Technical Training for operation and maintenance of radar and/or communications equipment, or similar.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of management, individual contributors and customers
Ability and willingness to travel which could include foreign travel. Overall travel is expected to be 10% or less for specific events as they are required
Clearance: Candidate must currently have and be able to maintain an active/current U.S. Government DOD Secret Clearance or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:

Effective verbal and written communication, ability to work in a team environment.
Experience doing root cause corrective.
Basic knowledge of F-16 radars, or related radars.
Logistics experience knowledge of Northrop Grumman Mission System's
processes/procedures.

Salary Range: $71,600.00 - $107,400.00Salary Range 2: $89,100.00 - $133,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
