Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a well-qualified Principal Configuration Analyst/Sr Principal Configuration Analyst Configuration Management/ Data Management expert to join our dynamic BOA/OPIR team.
Please note that due to the classified nature of this program, the selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time, at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado. This is not a remote position.
Responsible for configuration and data management activities for BOA/OPIR systems.
Perform configuration management throughout the project lifecycle, through development, migration, deployment, and security.
Facilitate the configuration control boards, risk assessment meetings for government events, creation of certification data packages, configuration management audits.
Responsible for Change Management Request (CMR) process, that include additions, modifications or removal of configuration items that could affect the mission, baseline, or infrastructure.
Update baseline documentation as required through approved change management requests using Visio.
Perform Scrum Master duties for multiple teams using Atlassian Jira software.
Participate in lockdown of labs for event-freeze, create list of configuration items under lockdown and walkthrough with QA and customer for approvals.

Review and report on program data metrics to benchmark effectiveness.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to upgrading standards and best practice guidelines.
Develop and implement review cycle plans, ensuring proper marking of classified documents according to required standards.
Facilitate meetings, as needed, by keeping notes and making updates based on meeting charter and process documents.
Conduct documentation management and data management.

This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.
Basic Qualifications
Principal Level: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience. Master's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of prior related experience. 9 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Sr Principal Level: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience. Master's Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience. 12 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Atlassian Suite,
Must have a good understanding of Excel including creating reports, spreadsheets, and tables and proficient in manipulating data and formats of spreadsheets.
Experience with creating, developing, and submitting change management requests in accordance with local DOD standards.
Must be a U.S. citizen have Secret clearance prior to starting and the ability to maintain the Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degrees in Data Management or related disciplines such as Business Administration or Business Management.
Ability to work independently under general direction and demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and communicate effectively within and outside the organization
Experience editing various types of contract deliverable documents in accordance with DoD standards.

Primary Level Salary Range: $82,900.00 - $124,300.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $103,200.00 - $154,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
