You will become part of Northrop Grumman's Lifecycle Sustainment and Modernization Solutions group, (LSMS). LSMS provides sustainment support for the US Air Force B-1 and B-2 Bombers, E-3 Sentry, Airborne Warning and Control System, and numerous other Government platforms. You will oversee the setup and configuration of Software Development Test Lines, ensure proper laboratory configurations are in place, and assist with new laboratory equipment installations and upgrades as we implement new lab capabilities. The position requires operational and technical knowledge of all aircraft systems with an understanding of flight software upgrades and formal integration and test. The selected candidate must be able to support a flexible test Schedule as necessary, be self-motivated, and communicate technical issues to leadership. A successful track record of program performance and test experience is required.
Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance to meet company, program, and local government security requirements

Follow and execute technical process rigor for lab configuration

Ensure lab assets are recorded and configured to meet test requirements for formal testing

Continually coordinate lab status, issues and solutions with Lab Operations Lead personnel and report Lab Anomalies immediately.

Basic Qualifications:

Principal Test Conductor must have a bachelor's degree and 5 years of related professional / military experience, OR a master's degree and 3 years of related professional / military experience. 9 years of qualifiable, related professional/military experience OR an Associate of Science degree AND 7 years of qualifiable, related professional/military experience will be considered in lieu of a 4 year degree

Must be flexible, and able to support weekends, multiple shifts, and off hours as dictated by program test activities

Must be a US Citizen and have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation) and have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

Willing to work on-site in OKC, no relocation provided

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Top-Secret clearance

Experience in lab integration and test activities

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management

Reliable with an outstanding Work Ethic

Salary Range: $82,100.00 - $123,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
