This position requires being onsite and does not support remote work.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensuring the smooth, expedient compilation of Space Vehicle level requirements gathered from testing throughout the environmental test campaign.
Leading a small team of SEs that will support this verification execution including:
Understanding the bus and payload level requirements and owning the update of the ICD and Vehicle Cross Reference Matrix for Space Vehicle
Documenting the Verification and Validation process to ensure that these requirements are met using test reporting and test artifacts.
Act as focal point for the customer and prime for answering questions related to these verification documents and assisting in the preparation for Pre-Ship Review.
Successful candidate will be capable of:
Completing data analysis of test results to compile into verification test reports.
Driving the requirement verification process through test planning, test software development and data review.
Utilizing available resources and cross-functional team input to drive efficiency in Environmental Testing and Test Report Generation using software automation.
Implementing updates and configuration management of test software (Tcl, Python, MATLAB).
Providing support for triage, root cause analysis, resolution efforts, and presentation to the cross-functional team.
Leading SV AI&T electrical testing as the Integration and Test systems representative.

Basic Qualifications:
Must have US Citizenship with current or active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI at time of application
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field with at least 5 years of applicable experience, or Master's degree with 3 years of applicable experience
Aerospace and Defense hardware integration and test experience
Programming skills (Tcl, Python, Matlab, STOL, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance
3 years of Space Vehicle Integration and Test or Verification experience
Small team leadership experience
* Customer interaction / briefing experience
Salary Range: $110,300.00 - $165,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
