This position will be full time remote.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their professional experience and network to source candidates for requisitions and diversity pipelines. The selected candidate will work closely with client-facing recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build targeted diversity sourcing plans as part of the greater Talent Acquisition team. As a Sourcing Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Northrop Grumman, you will directly impact the quality of candidates we hire by sourcing and prescreening top quality talent in the marketplace.

Responsibilities:

Partners with client-facing recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring need, builds targeted sourcing plans, and works with multiple stakeholder expectations
Create events that make an impact in the marketplace and cultivates relationships with key candidates and specific talent pools defined according to long-term initiatives and direction of the organization
Uses social networking media (i.e., LinkedIn groups and other online forums) to promote employment brand messaging that drives traffic to open roles by establishing and promoting positive relationships
Develops strategies to attract cleared talent to the company and maintains a knowledge base of security clearances
Research market conditions and industry trends as it relates to our competitors to assist in decision-making and marketing position
Turns applicants from passive to active by developing strong executive candidate relationships
Uses professional network to source candidates for active requisitions
Sources candidates with a variety of means; strong emphasis on LinkedIn, Clearancejobs.com, social media, and search engines: Google Chrome, Google X-ray, advanced Boolean searching strings and niche job boards
Tracks day-to-day sourcing activity in candidate relationship management systems
This position can be filled with either a Principal Sourcing Talent Acquisition Business Partner or Sr. Principal Sourcing Talent Acquisition Business Partner, depending on years of experience and qualifications.
Basic Qualifications for Principal Sourcing TABP:

Must have one of the following:
High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 9 years sourcing and/or recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience
Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience

Candidate must have 5 years of experience working within sourcing tools that enable success for the business
Responsible for complex sourcing tasks
Experience in leading a significant sourcing project
Must be able to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time)
Basic Qualifications for Sr. Principal Sourcing TABP:

Must have one of the following:
High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years sourcing and/or recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience
Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience

Candidate must have 8 years of experience working within sourcing tools that enable success for the business
Responsible for complex sourcing tasks
Experience in leading multiple significant sourcing projects
Must be able to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time)
Preferred Qualifications for both Principal and Sr. Principal Sourcing Talent Acquisition Business Partner:

Prior experience conducting basic compensation analysis and communicating compensation
Experience with Workday and Eightfold applicant tracking system
Strong candidate sourcing knowledge and experience

Primary Level Salary Range: $82,900.00 - $124,300.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $103,200.00 - $154,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
