This position is located in Roy UT, Huntsville AL, Manhattan Beach CA, or Colorado Springs CO and supports the Sentinel program. This position is not eligible for remote work.

What You'll Get to Do:
Candidate will be a subject matter expert in Common Product Lifecycle Management (Teamcenter) and NX to resolve user issues
Triage and prioritize impact of user issues
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve user issues when possible
Elevate user issues when needed
Follow user support workflow
Learn program and division Principle & Operating Practices to identify correct PLM usage
Work closely with program user community
Act as a liaison across multiple engineering disciplines across multiple programs
Identify potential gap in processes
Identify repeat and common user issues for training opportunities
Perform tool testing.
Assist with creating and maintaining product documentation in the form of job aids.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You'll Bring These Qualifications: This requisition may be filled at either the Principal Design Engineer level (T03) or Sr Principal Design Engineer level (T04).
Principal Design Engineer:
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of experience, or 3 years of experience with a Master's degree; 1 years of experience with PhD
3 Years of experience with Siemens NX.
Sr Principal Material Process Engineer:
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 8 years of experience, or 6 years of experience with a Master's degree; 4 years of experience with PhD.
5 Years of experience with Siemens NX.
Required for Both Levels:
Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
The ability to manage communications with stakeholders through organized processes to ensure that program information is defined, collected, shared, understood, stored and retrieved in a manner that effectively meets program stakeholder needs.
The ability to identify and address program impacts through systematic and proactive approaches to issue and problem resolution that identifies, communicates, monitors and promptly resolves conflicts.
Competence and confidence working under pressure on requests with short turn-around times.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Experience working in with geographically distributed teams
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with a ticketing workflow systems (Service Now)
Familiarity with Siemens Capital & Xpedition
Familiarity with computer-aided engineering analysis tools
Experience with Siemens Teamcenter (or other product lifecycle management software)
Experience with configuration management
Knowledge of System Engineering principles and requirements management
Experience in defense system/subsystem product design
Salary Range: $86,600.00 - $150,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
