The location of this position is at Oklahoma City, OK. This position is a Repair Specialist member of the B-2 ICS team that is responsible for the LRU/SRU repair operations programs in support of the B-2 Stealth Bomber This position requires a strong background in USAF technical, maintenance and logistics management processes, excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player but also a strong independent contributor, shall be proactive, shall present leadership skills, shall possess good analytical skills, shall demonstrate problem solving skills, and shall be detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

Manage and track repairable assets through the repair cycle using MAXIMO Data System

Validates repair induction requests, initiates daily status updates, and resolves information deficiencies

Analyze supplier Teardown Reports, MTBF rates, and NFF rates and provide evaluation of supplier proposals for hours and technical content

Coordinates resolution of SOR repair problems and evaluates SOR performance

Monitor schedule and available funding provided to ensure repairs remain on-time and within budget

Submits required reports concerning LRU repairs and over & above work while keeping the Program Manager and Northrop Grumman customer apprised of RCT issues/special requirements status

Builds strong and trusted relationship between Northrop Grumman and customer

Validates work completion for Purchase Orders (PO) and Basic Purchase Order Requisitions (BPOR) closure and invoice payment

Provides support for Repair Cost Analysis and Management Presentations in the Supply Chain Management arena specific to Line Replaceable Unit repair activities

Reviews historical database of technical activities to categorize data and provide trends and cycle reports for recommendations to support current contract efforts to generate estimated costs and predicted parts consumption

Basic Qualifications for Principal Logistics Management Analyst:

Must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years' experience in military aircraft systems, or equivalent 10 years' on-aircraft experience or back-shop experience in lieu of a degree

Candidate must have solid written and verbal skills to effectively interact with Government counterparts, other defense contractor organizations, and other cross-functional organizations

Candidate must have experience with technical specifications and standards

Candidate must have 6+ years combined experience supporting a sustainment environment such as military flight-line, depot, or equivalent, either directly or through a defense contractor

Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

,Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret Government Security Clearance and ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access

Willing to work in OKC- No relocation offered

Preferred Qualifications:

Possess knowledge of B-2 maintenance/sustainment activity.

Experience as a government Equipment Specialist or Aircraft Maintenance Technician.

Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS 9100, Industry/Aerospace Standards.

* Current/previous B-2 Security Clearance.

Salary Range: $67,800.00 - $101,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
