Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Principal (Level 3)/Sr. Principal (Level 4) Training Representative to support the development of training materials for the Deep Space Advanced Radar Capability (DARC) program. As a principal training representative, you will work along side a team of training representatives, team lead, and collaborate with internal and external stake holders to develop, document, and conduct a training curriculum for the customer.
As a principal training representative, you will be able to:
Design and deliver programs to train all levels of personnel.
Develop tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
Keep abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques.
Develop in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments.
May evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs.
May support in the development of e-learning programs.

Basic Qualifications for a Principal (Level 3) Training Rep:
Active DoD Secret Clearance required at time of application
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience; 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree; 0 years of relevant experience with a PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tool suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to comprehend complicated systems and develop training material suitable for the targeted end use.
Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.
Experience supporting the development of military training programs.
Experience developing training materials for military systems.
Familiarity with Government Data Item Description DI-ILSS-81070.
Familiarity with Government Data Item Description DI-ILSS-80872.
Familiarity with MIL-STD-1379 requirements or MIL-HDBK-1379 guidelines.
Basic Qualifications for a Sr. Principal (Level 4) Training Rep:
Active DoD Secret Clearance required at time of application
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience; 6 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree; 4 years of relevant experience with a PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tool suite.

Primary Level Salary Range: $75,400.00 - $113,000.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $93,800.00 - $140,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
