Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman is looking for a Principal or Sr. Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support our Weapon Systems Division in our Defense Systems Sector.
This position will be full time remote.
The successful candidate must be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with the ability to provide consultative guidance to hiring managers and candidates throughout the selection process.
Responsibilities:

Provide sourcing focused full-life cycle recruiting, to include screening, qualifying, interviewing and managing candidate relationships while advising hiring managers through the assessment and selection process.
Accurately assesses candidates for cultural, competency and skill fit, quickly synthesizes candidate and hiring manager feedback and routinely pre-closes candidates to ensure high acceptance rates.
Acts as a business partner by advising hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and collaborates with others throughout the organization to ensure a smooth process and meeting required business objectives.
Possesses the business acumen to influence key stakeholders, develop trusting relationships and effects business outcomes.
Effectively leverages other functional areas as well as utilizing data and market intelligence when advising the business and executing staffing strategies.
Understands and adheres to compliance, diversity and talent acquisition processes.
Exhibits the actions and behaviors that demonstrate the Leadership Characteristics.
This position can be filled with either a Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner or Sr. Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner, depending on years of experience and qualifications.

Basic Qualifications for Principal TABP:

Must have a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 9 years of full life cycle recruiting experience

Master's degree with a minimum 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience using an applicant tracking system
Responsible for complex TA tasks
Experience in leading a significant TA project
Must be able to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time)
Basic Qualifications for Sr. Principal TABP:

Must have a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
Will also consider:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
Master's degree with a minimum 6 years of full life cycle recruiting experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience using an applicant tracking system
Responsible for complex TA tasks
Experience in leading multiple TA projects or teams
Ability to provide strategic direction and influence the customer
Must be able to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time)
Preferred Qualifications for both Principal and Sr. Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner:

Prior experience conducting basic compensation analysis and communicating compensation
Proven ability to hire candidates for energetics-related roles.
Experience with Workday applicant tracking system
Strong candidate sourcing knowledge and experience

Primary Level Salary Range: $82,900.00 - $124,300.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $103,200.00 - $154,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
